Jesse did an awesome job. His customer service along with the front desk was the best I've ever experienced with dealing with car troubles. Jesse made it very easy to get information and kept communication open during the entire process. He was always available when I had questions or concerns. Upon picking up my car he ensured I was pleased with the work and explained the warranty. If I am ever in need again I will surely be returning to West Side Collision and asking if Jesse is around.
