High expectations that car would be finished the 19th June. Again the 22nd, and again the 23rd. Then it was ready for pick up on the 24th. But (Not) finished? Still needed the bent steering wheel replaced and paint blemish on hood! Hard working people, who have apparently have alot to do.

I was not completely satisfied with my repair because of communication issues with the timeline that my car would be done. When I went to pick it up today the car wouldn't even start even though that had nothing to do with what the car was in there for. And as I was pulling out of the lot and driving down the road my car started making a weird noise and had to return it to Sanderson to have them look at it because something was going on underneath the hood from a detail cleaning that they did on the vehicle even though my car was in for body work.

The repair process was very smooth. David was very helpful and kept me updated all along the way, even when I was in China. I was glad that Sanderson is one of Farmer's preferred facilities. I wanted Sanderson to do the repair in the first place, as Sanderson would have the most experience with a Crown Victoria.
