My Geico rep, Sunday, was excellent at coordinating with my McGill service manager, Hayden. Hayden answered all my questions directly, and followed through on my requests. He did a great job in ensuring that the work was completed correctly and in a timely manner.

I should admit my car wad quickly repaired. However, the repair job is very poor. I had to ask them re-adjust hook cover position two times. Also they installed a cracked part in my car and still need to be replaced.
