The reason why i selected No for satisfaction is
- The work was done to lift gate of my RAV 4. After the work is done, there is a gap on the right side between the liftgate and the body of the car which is very evident when you close the door.

From start to finish, my experience was perfect. I was updated almost every day with the status of the work, and before picking up they offered to take my car to Lexus to have a very important recall taken care of. When I did pick my car up it had been detailed and looked amazing. Could not be happier with everyone I dealt with (including Geico and Enterprise) and will definitely come back if I ever need body work done in the future (though I hope I done!!) thank you for making this process so easy and stress free!
