The inside of my car has grease and some white substance in it that wasn't cleaned. And there is plastic tape left on the outside door. I liked the text updates but they weren't consistent and I had to call to find out status towards the end. Otherwise a great job and the Geico and Enterprise staff on site made it an overall good experience!

Marcus Barnes was very professional and he actually listened to what I was saying . I had already been to an independent shop, so I had ideas on the parts and particularly on the mirror being replaced that was not going to be the Acura Mirror (supposedly it would be at the independent shop)because of certain insurance rules. He ordered the part and before work was done we compared to see it was the same as what the broken on my car. He was giving me a comfort level. I thank him for doing this . He went the extra mile for me to make sure I
was satisfied with the service. Thank you. The rental car company being in the lobby area made it easy as well to get in and out in a timely manner.
I know I gave someone heck the first day walking in as I felt the coffee station needed to be kept clean and have liquid milk offered instead of the powder. But you guys did good and I appreciated getting my car back with having some detail cleaning done where there were scuff marks .
By the way , when I was offered places to go , my father in law had been happy with his work , so I already had a positive feedback from someone ion our family.
