Fast, prompt, efficient service. On the negative, never got explanation why preliminary estimate was about 600 and estimate of record was 300. Was originally told that repair/repaint of damage of left rear bumper would require repaint of entire rear bumper which would have covered prior minor paint scratches on right rear bumper.
