The only comment is that they clean the dust particles inside the car. The inside of my car was covered with dust which made my car look very old and triggered my allergies.

Bumper grill was not complete, it was sticking out because the technician did a rush job. Also, the technician took my bracket off of my battery causing the battery to move around. I had to get 3 jumps Sunday. It inconvenience me through out my day. For what y'all charged I shouldn't have had no problems. Black rubber hanging from the hood. I want my vehicle fixed correctly.

From the moment that the Geico representative stated, "Don McGill is a very good place to get your car repaired." I thought, "Of course you'd say that." I was a bit reluctant to trust Don McGill but you guys have gained my trust and I'll definitely refer you guys to anyone looking for service The entire team at Don McGill Toyota was excellent from the beginning to end. AWESOME RECEPTIONIST!! All of the receptionist at the customer service desk made me feel welcomed. Though I was a hour late I received professional, polite and positive vibes from the ladies. Everyone that I encountered was pleasant. I would like to especially thank my adjuster Tony ****. Tony took the time to explain the entire process and how long my vehicle could possibly be there and needless to say it was ready early. Tony followed up with phone calls and emails to keep me posted for which I greatly appreciated. The repair and paint team was excellent!!! My car look as if it was never damage and the paint is gorgeous! Thank you Hayden Schwen for your kindness upon my unexpected visit to check the progression of work, the emails were a bonus. Last but not least ENTERPRISE!! Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and making me feel welcomed. I had last minute issues with the rental at closing and all of the guys that were closing didn't make me feel rushed they were all very caring instead and polite. Cashiers made the checkout process pleasant and courteous. Don McGill Toyota has shown me what real professionalism, teamwork and customer service is. Best experience with any car dealership ever!
