Not satisfied with the quality of workmanship on my vehicle and the response that I received from the front staff at the collision desk.

I was amazed with the speed (**** day, not projected 3) that it took to repair my vehicle. The complete experience from Toyota, Geico to Enterprise was seamless and was repeated when I picked up my vehicle. Reinforces why I have been a McGill customer for over 30 years.

The vehicle was brandspankin new, until i smashed it. But your team returned it driving and looking the same as when i bought it 12 days prior to the accident... i do however notive the driverside door handle a bit out of place, hardly noticeable but it is definitely not set as the other door handles (outside handle) so i wonder of that was something you all could not correct exactly bc of the eay the driver side eas impacted grom the front and crammed everything on that side together, or maybe its just the way its supposed to be.... Anyway, i appteciate the hard work and continuous updates as to the ETA and so on... thknss again, Respectfully A. ORTEGA

The car was repaired well and everything works fine now. The only issue I had was when I was picking up my car my gas light was on and I had to argue with the people at the shop to fill up my gas tank after a $25000 repair job that they got.The gas tank on my car wasn't empty when the car was brought to the shop.

From the moment I called Don McGill Toyota to inquire about my car getting repaired, I was very, very impressed. Rebecca took my call, and promptly set my appointment up for 2 days after it happened. When I arrived, I met Hayden who runs the Body Shop. He assured me that my car would be fixed, and would look as good as new. The best thing of all, was that Hayden said it would only take 2 days. I had figured it was going to take anywhere between one to two weeks. I almost fainted when my car was ready in 2 days. I couldn't believe it, and I still can't believe it. It was like nothing ever happened to my car. The service was the best I have ever had at a car dealership. One of the adjusters in the Body Shop, Ashley, emailed me regularly with updates, and that kept me from having to keep calling the dealership to get an update. That really saved me a lot of time. I felt like I had known these people for years. I'm still in shock about all the good fortune that went my way. Happy New Year to me!!! And to top it all off, I had read some bad reviews about Don McGill before I took my car there to get repaired. I am one to form my own opinion, but I couldn't help keep those bad reviews in the back of my mind. However, Don McGill Toyota was great to me, and if I ever have another issue with my car, I won't hesitate to take it to Don McGill Toyota to get repaired.
