All of the employees that I encountered while having my car at Don McGill were polite and professional. Every step of getting my car repaired was taken care of efficiently. I was very pleased with the service and work that was done on my car.

The work they did on my car was fantastic, the people I dealt with were very polite and helpful. My one complaint is that I kept getting information that my car would he ready on a certain date but never was. I think giving the customer a realistic date for completion would alleviate a lot of frustration on the customers' side. The finished product was worth the wait! It took 2 weeks for repair due to accident at body shop after my car was repaired but no one communicated any of the reason for delay or status. I had to call multiple times before I spoke to someone who told me what was going on.

Wonderfull people working at the dillership, they waited for me extra 10 min after closing of collision center, i got stuk in traffic on i10.

The car was not repaired correctly, paint not buffed correctly, bumper area is loose, plastic frame around windows is faulty, inside is dirty, etc. Who did this work, people off the street? Who did the quality check before calling me and wasting my time? This is absolutely unacceptable and incomprehensible.
