A lot of things were stolen out of my truck. 2 led torch flashlights, a tool bag with tools, 15 in quarters, a set of 24 bungee cords and other things out of the glove box and center console. I've been dealing with Don Mcgill since my 1994 4Runner and 2007 Tundra and 2011 Highlander. Other than that it was an ok experience and it makes me think twice if I'm going to purchase my next vehicle from Don Mcgill.

The repair took excessively long. 3 weeks. Also, the person who called me never got my name right and she did not care when I corrected her. Additionally, she kept making promises of dates that were never true. At some point I just stop believing her and just waited for the notification everything was finished. I will definetely never take my car back to this establishment and I will make sure I tell all my friends about this experience.
