Harleigh Snethen initially took photos of my vehicle for the estimate on 6/7, which was supposed to be prepared by 6/10. On 6/20, I called Don McGill to follow up because I had never received the estimate. I was told by a female that I needed to come back to Don McGill to re-take the photos because Harleigh no longer worked for Don McGill and the photos had never been uploaded. When I got to Don McGill on 6/20, Harleigh was still working there, and when questioned, she found the photos which had been taken on 6/7 still on her phone. She then uploaded them and had the estimate prepared in about 10 minutes. This breakdown caused 10 additional days to be added to the repair process. I was lied to by someone at Don McGill. This was extremely poor customer service.

When I brought my vehicle in to be repaired the lift gate worked properly.They fixed the bumper,muffler,and lift gate handle.But now the lift gate will not stay up and there is a small circle piece missing on the inside of the vehicle. I will be taking it back in the morning.

The office staff was very rude throughout the process. For example, we came in to pick up our car this morning at 8. When we got there, our paperwork had been misplaced. Instead of looking for it, the entire front desk team just told us to wait until our account manager got there, which we were told would be a couple of minutes. He ended up being over an hour late. The repair was well done, but man the service there needs some improvement. We got a minor discount, but still...

Was told day early that car was "almost" ready and would be sent to service for recall. Didn't happen. Also ask that 2 dents in back fender be repaired. Didn't happen with no explanation as to why not. Otherwise was good.
