The work appears to be excellent. The problem was the original estimate was for three days. It turned out to be 2 weeks which made things difficult for me. My husband is in MD Anderson hospital and without my EZ tag my travel time to and from the hospital every day was much longer and difficult.

Lots of waiting when i first brought my car, when I could have just talked to the Allstate agent, sign a paper and left with a rental car - 15 min max imstead of 1h and a half. Also, the estimated repair duration was of 3 days and the car was not ready before 5 days. Beside that, repairs looked to have been done right and car was clean and shiny - as new.
