The repair is good. When I had my car, the pressure of my tires were low (because the tire pressure light was on) and almost the quarter of my gasline was gone. I didn't ask the staff but I wonder what was going on.
However, they told me that they would have my car repaired by the end of the first weekend; it got delayed but nobody with Don Mcgill Toyota informed me the delay. I needed to call them to follow up myself. Hopefully, the service can be improved in the future.

Mr. Cesar was not there the day I picked up my 2014 minivan,Tina Price was the one that helped me with the minivan,I went and reviewed it to see if was clean and inside the front sets where all dusty,the mats were dusty as well and the front of the minivan had yellow paint spots all the way from the front to the windshield I told her about the problem and she told me that she was not the responsable and the only thing they would do would be vacuuming the seats and that's it in a rude tone,then I waited for 20 min for Cesar I got tired I left very disappointed of that Don Mcgill Toyota dealership I like and own Toyota vehicles; I never had a sour experience with other,Cesar was very helpful,but I will never do business here again

I did not hear back on the status of my car for over 24 hours after bringing it in, and I had to call the dealership for an update. This happened again after I was told I would get a call back but did not. At checkout, I also almost paid the incorrect amount until I brought something up regarding my estimate.
