I had a great experience at the dealership Auto Body shop. Both Sunday and Ashley were amazing. Very warm and friendly and made sure that my service was quick, easy and painless. These ladies made my service experience quite pleasant. The guys at Enterprise were wonderful as well as the lady in the Cashier's office. Overall great experience. I know it was not requested by me and it was not your obligation, but I had a damage on the right door that could be easily fixed (re-paint) by Toyota. Since I brought the car to you to be fixed (5,000 USD invoice for you) I am thinking you could please the customer little bit more next time.

WE did not take the car because the front bumper edge in one area was jagged and needed to be sanded smooth and in the same area the hump did not line up. It was off. The girl who showed us said that cannot be fixed, as it is an after market part. I feel that close attention to detail was not followed and a quality check was skipped. It may seem little to them but I prefer OEM and dissatisfied customers are what you get with after market. In no time the paint on the jagged edges will chip off. The comment about after market was not appreciated.

I am amazed to find poor inspection before the vehicle was picked up. The rear storage or trunk was left in a mess. Later fixed by the staff.
