Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Very professorial. I was very happy that everything was handled at one place. My car was ready **** day earlier than estimated. So I got to pick it up on Friday and not wait til after the holiday weekend. And Larissa was very nice, from my first phone call,to the end, when I picked up my car. Asked for estimates on my car because of a previous accident, which I let the workers know upon my vehicle inspection. 2 days later I receive a call saying I need to come look at the vehicle. That was the point of the initial inspection correct? Needless to say none of my request were met and no pictures were taken of “said damage”. I didn’t receive any help or estimated on what I asked for from the shop. A complete waste of my time. Had my car for two days but didn’t, couldn’t or wouldn’t give an estimate of what I asked for. This shop didn’t help me resolve any of my issues with my car.
