I am still telling everyone about my experience with Crash Champions! From first contact by phone to scedule the repair, to the greeting and meeting with Dominic and Kyle, the explanation of the process, the rental car arriving on time was perfect. I received follow up calls and texts on the status of the repair until I received the one saying "your car is ready to come home". Again far and above any other experience with a repair shop - ever. The facility is clean and open, not cramped like other body shops I have been to. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was again greeted again like family, and then the warranty from Crash Masters and Geiko warranty was reviewed with me at the front desk. Dominic, Kyle, and a technician took me to my vehicle, which was washed and vacuumed (unexpected surprise). They went over the repairs in detail while looking at the vehicle. Crash Masters is first class. I even got a small bunch of flowers for my wife since Dominic and Kyle knew my wife was in the vehicle when it was hit. I am highly recommending Crash Masters to others. The friendly staff, and fast and perfect repairs, and final delivery made this review easy to write. On a scale of ****-10 Crash Masters is 10+++. Off the chart!
