As the owner of a 2017 Mercedes, I was leery about choosing an auto repair shop. I googled Crash,noticed all of the positive reviews and decided to give them a try. The staff was attentive and professional from the minute I walked in the door. I waited comfortably in a clean lounge while they handled the insurance claim and arranged a rental car. I didn’t schedule an appointment so I expected a long wait but they accommodated me very quickly. Next, I met with George, one of their lead mechanical experts. George was exceptional throughout the entire process. He reviewed every detail of the damage to make sure nothing was missed. My car at the time was covered In dirt and salt but he hand washed it to ensure not a scratch wad missed. Once the inspection was complete, I left in a rental. CC sent me regular text updates to let me know when the work was done. When I picked up my car, it looked as good as the day I bought it. George took care of everything, I am incredibly satisfied and would highly recommend this body shop to anyone nervous about retaining the value of their car.
