All of the employees we dealt with went above and beyond to provide great service. Shaun, the young man who released the vehicle to us at around 6 pm this evening has a wonderful personality, he was a pleasure to deal with.

It was really nice that I was able to pick up my car after hours. That made the process of pick-up less stressful. Everyone was really helpful and customer service oriented.

Jesse steel did an incredible job on my vehicle and the girl that works up front also was great help in letting us know everything we needed.

Very pleased with the work, my only concern after seeing my car, was to get the car back to Enterprise. I was told your office would call them and arrange for a pick-up. I waited all day for my final charges from them, none received so I finally called around four today. They had no idea I had returned the car before noon. No one, they said had called them.
