The repairs are satisfactory and the people who took care of me were thoughtful and kind. The problem was it took 5 days longer than the two weeks the emails said it would take. I had to pay for my rental car which was over 350 dollars.

CHristian was friendly and professional, explained everything completely. He was also very helpful with some additional issues that were problematic, including getting my car's 5000 mile service done during the time the car was at the dealership for the collision repair. I very much appreciated not having to make an additional appointment and trip. He was able to install the front license plate which the original dealership had not supplied all the screws needed to properly install it and that I had not been able to figure out how to work out. That was a great relief. The Enterprise rental car pick up and return drop off service was quick and very convenient as well. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and the quality of the repairs done to my car. I am so glad I did not choose an independent collision repair shop.

They did a great job with the repairs. The work was done in a timely manner. The only issue, and it's not a huge, is that we were supposed to get a call about the estimated cost of the work. I'm assuming that since the cost was covered by the other party's insurance, they didn't feel the need to inform us on that. And since I i didn't have to pay for it I wasn't too bothered. All in all, it was a great experience.
