I have been to the body shop 3 times. It isstill not completely repaired. I have to bring it back one more time to finish the work. The repair has taken twice the amount of time as the original estimate. Additionally I have received 0 phone calls. For any information I have to call the office.Oscar is a great account mannemanger, super nice and knowledgeable. However the quality control processes your have in place are absolutely embarrassing.

Was originally told 3-4 days. Parts were in the shop when I was contacted. I dropped my BMW X5 off on the following Monday as planned with repair staff.
Was told I was going to get information about the repair as it went through all stages.
I had to call the shop on Thursday at 5:30pm to see what was going on and the person was gone for the day.
I then got told that it was not even ready by the staff member who answered the call.
I was then sent an email today at 3pm (Friday - 5 days later) saying it was finished. I arrived at 4:55pm at the shop. I sat around till 5:58pm as the car was still in the shop getting washed (I was told). When it came out, it had the front bumper not lining up with the fender, there was white compound all over the black bumper that was meant to be new and black. There is a gap between the bumper and the fender on the side that was repaired that is larger than when it was damaged.
There were 3 screws that were inside the car when it was give back to me.
I then told Edward to get it corrected and he left the screws with a note on the workers repair bench and said I have to bring it in again to get it finalized and that they will wash it and clean up all the white compound that is still on it.
I wasted almost 2 hours of travel and waiting time and am still at work now on a Friday night just due to having to pick up the car that was not ready.
I would not be bringing the car or any car back to that repair shop, or recommending it to anyone else if this is the way that people and their cars are treated.
I look forward to hearing from someone in management very soon.
