Not sure why I kept receiving text messages about the progress of car repair if it is inaccurate information and I was told to not pay attention to the texts - not good customer service. Then when Edward called couple days early to pick up car (3/31) his message was my car will be ready at 4 and to pick up by 6pm. I returned his call to pick up car next morning, his reply was that it effects his end of the month bonus on getting cars off the lot - no one should EVER say that to a customer. I CHOSE to bring my car to your dealership which was an inconvenience because I live in Montgomery but I bought my car from you and wanted to make sure to extra sealant I originally bought was used. The repairs seem to be good.

Working with JD was great. The car was not ready as quickly as first promised.
Your location is horrible. Cars,parked by your staff, block the drive, making it unsafe to walk or drive. Pot holes, filled with water, are also everywhere, adding to the difficult driving conditions.
I will not likely return to ROC unless these problems are resolved.
