I've never been more satisfied with any service as I have been with River Oaks Chrysler Jeep. AJ went above and beyond my expectations, and his team never hesitated to assist him and me throughout my entire experience. When I picked up my car it was raining sideways. They had an umbrella ready, unloaded my rental, and even took care of my car seat. My shoes didn't even get wet! My car looks and drives like new. I highly recommend their team, and I will definitely be back in the future, and recommend them to all my friends!!

I knew the moment I met JD that he cared about each and everyone of his customers. He takes care of you and your car as if it were his own. He strives for perfection and fairness with each problem in hand and achieve's it everytime. I was skeptical at first bringing a Mercedes to a Chysler dealership to be fixed, since AutoNation had botched my car so bad, I said well what do I have to lose. To my amazement JD uncovered things that I didn't even know existed, and my car finally after 7 months with AutoNation JD was able to fix my car and put it back in the condition it was in before the wreck. I also would like to thank the mechanical crew as well. I only remember one of the guys name who was Austin, but I can tell that they love their jobs and seems to me that they put in 150% of hard work, dedication, expertise, and they must be recognized. A dealership is only as good as its employees, and as far as I'm concerned JD, Austin, and all who were involved with my car are an asset to ROC. I will always bring my Mercedes and my husband's Mercedes to ROC and if anybody every asks me for a recommendation for a good bodyshop, I will recommend you.
