Redundantly (because I seem to come in waaay too often!) the workmanship is just perfect and there is absolutely nobody better than JD to make you feel taken care of. Never disappointed in any part of the service.

Efran made my experience SO much better! I was mad at myself for getting in an accident, and upset with the inconvenience of having to give up my SUV with carpools, etc. He checked in with me on a daily (or more) basis, listened to my concerns, and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly for me. Not to mention he is just so nice and personable. Thank you for making a frustrating situation as good as it good be! The body work on my car was perfect. I would definitely go back to Efran and the folks at RO Chrysler.

They were all absolutely wonderful. JD got my car done three hours early, when I mentioned I wouldn't be able to pick it up in the afternoon untill after the birthday party was over ...it was done in time for me to pick it up and make a birthday luncheon , where I had to pick up some of the participants who were 85+ The young man who is the prep guy even washed the towels that got dirty while they were sitting on my off-white seats !!! Then JD helped return my rental car and pointed out some additional damage that I didn't even realize I might have had from a parking lot.. luckily Jaime at enterprise had pointed out the value of getting the daily insurance just in case something crazy like that happened.... so I didn't have to wait around because I was covered. Yay !!! A great team effort by everyone !!!!! I got my friends picked up and made the luncheon on time !!!!! I am so glad that I insisted on getting my car repaired at the ROC dealership !!!! Many many thanks !!!! Fabulous fabulous customer service !!!!! Ed Initiated the reason that I always bring my car back to River Oaks Repair !!
