I was told car would be ready Tuesday. When I called to confirm on Friday prior, the answering person could not find or locate the evaluator and told me it would be ready Thursday. That was the first I knew that estimated date would not be met, which affected me since I had rented car for transportation not through insurance and had to rearrange rental.
