My car was repaired beautifully and in a timely manner. I was provided regular updates and was up to speed with what was going on as well as what the next steps in the process would be. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. I felt comfortable that Car Crafters would do the job right and I was not disappointed.

One thing I would really like to point out is the customer connect. When getting text messages it wasn't just the computer I was talking to but rather the adjuster for the insurance which was awesome had a great experience and also like to point out very fast service and quality thanks again car was finished in about 10 days which was awesome thanks again .
