I picked up my car and was told that my battery was running low and I should probably look into replacing it. I was not told to expect a dead car at the end of work that day. And after jumping it, it should continue to die every time I turned off the engine for the rest the night till I could get a new battery. I suspect someone drain my battery by leaving on lights etc. during my car’s three-week visit with you guys as I had not had any previous issues with my battery prior.It must’ve been drained for a significant period of time because all of my radio stations were gone. The clock was off.

I noticed a part missing (very noticeable) on front bumper when I picked up the car. Roger said the correct part had been ordered and should be in by Wednesday. On Thursday I called and left a voice message for Roger requesting info on when the part would be installed. As of Friday eve, he had not returned my call. Also, when I picked up the car, it had road grime on it. How can you repair hail damage without first completely washing/cleaning the car? Roger said when I brought the car back for the bumper part to be installed, he would have his detail person clean the car. Very disappointing after being without my car for five days.

The work was good and looked like it never happened. How ever I don't appreciate that my car was driven about 14 miles and that an employee went through my center and sprayed my mace can that was in there and put it back where it wasn't before. My music was changed indicating that someone was messing with my audio system. I also noticed I was missing one screw to my bumper and that a bolt to air filter housing to front bumper was loose and never tightened. When I brought this to attention of the service advisor he stated he would buy me a mace can which does not justify for what was done. Management needs to take matters like this seriously.
