I took my Lexus to Car Crafter before Thanksgiving and was told by Matthew **** that he needed 3 to 4 days to order parts and to call him after that and schedule a time the following week to get the car repaired. I called him the following week to set a time to get the car repaired and he said that he needed 4-5 days for the repair and that would carry the repairs into the week of Thanksgiving and that he was on vacation that week and I would need to reschedule after he got back from vacation. Very unprofessional. Roger on the other hand was the consummate professional. Returned calls promptly when I explained that when Car Crafters pushed out the completion date I said I needed the car on the original scheduled repair date and HE MADE IT HAPPEN. I really appreciated his not can do but his “will do “ attitude. Nice job hiring Roger.

My brand new bumper has a small gash in it, and what looks like sticker glue on the side of it. It looks better than the messed up one I had on it, and it's the day before Thanksgiving so I need my suv to travel out of town so I didn't say anything and just left. Also they had to jump my vehicle because my car sat for a week and my battery died. It's like a 3 out of 5 star kind of thing.
