Incredible, impressive impeccable service. From the greeting at the desk, Dan was exceptional, everyone made us feel they wanted our business. The informative texts keeping informed was a supreme touch of class. Only one flaw, Hertz rental ! The one staff member was spreading germs from his obvious flu symptoms. The computers were down a minor inconvenience. The car I was assigned had more body damage then my car. The glass and interior was smudged and a lot of duck tape had been used in various sections The car was unsafe visually for driving. I should have refused it. I returned the in detailed cleaning I myself performed. Very bad expectation for what I expected from HERTZ. CARCRAFTERS SHALL REMAIN MY MOST HAPPIEST EXPERIENCE. THANK STAFF FROM THE COOKIES TO FINISHED PRODUCT

Passenger bumper does not sit well with framw. There were still indications of the incident on the frame where the bumper on that side is connected. Paint needs buffing or touch up on the frame. I was told to bring the car back next week to have it fixed. Did not expect to make another trip.
