The repairs and attention where excellent. The only trouble I encountered that made my experience somewhat stressful was that the auto rental company that was provided was not trained or knew what to do when presented with an international customer. After more than 2 hours of trying to acquire the rental I was presented with the information that I could not rent a car. There lack of knowledge and attention was pore. Everything else was excellent thank you for the service and wash.

TPS system was not properly configured once I picked up the car. I'm having to take the car back first thing in the morning to have something fixed that should have been checked before pick up. They had enough time to do so.

I was told my car was ready. I came to pick it up and my own visual inspection of the car unfortunately revealed poor quality work that even an untrained eye like mine could see. Not sure how it passed quality control. So I had to leave it there and will now have to make a second trip to come get it when they correct the problems. Customer service was great, but actual product amm delivered was poor. One star

Parts replaced are ok. However, I pointed out that the panel underneath the front end was falling. I was told it would be fixed with a "couple of screws" and it wasn't. It is still hanging. Also, I requested and was willing to pay for front left panel to be "touched up". I can see a very hurried half attempt was done with a touch up pen that doesn't match the paint. It looked better before with the white spots from the battery acid then with the messy wannabe touch up. Furthermore, the passenger side was left duty with greasy shoe marks made upon entering or exiting car. Very disappointed.
