Lack of communication when picking up my vehicle and the notifications were 3days late!!! I suggest if someone wants to use text messaging that they finish the conversation. I was left not knowing if I could pick up Saturday and if my rental was covered if not. Since no one conveyed that to me I was left on my own to figure out what to do. Luckily Enterprise was there to help me. Next time an employee starts a conversation via text asking if I have a spare so I can pick up after hours they should ****. Put the master keys inside and lock the car or 2. Answer my text message that was sent a minute later and advise on how to proceed. I'm not surprised the last time I came to this shop I was met with little communication. I believe this should be the last time I do business here. Sad too cuz I enjoy singing your jingle about your reputation not being an accident.

Your techs are very talented and made our car look like it was never in a wreck at all. I have had 4 cars at this shop and have never been disappinted. I'm not sure how you might recognize the contributions of your team but Daniel and Alex should be recognized for a job well done.
