Initial visit for damage assessment was frustrating. It took 45 minutes before agent was available. However, following visits were much better. Staff was very friendly. Repairs seem flawless. The paint was very good on the new parts but there appeared to be some scuffs in the paint in areas adjacent to the repairs. The vehicle detailing was a very nice touch. Vehicle was very clean inside and out. Communications via phone and text were good. However, my insurance company indicated that I would receive a phone call from Car Craft on Monday after the accident but I had to call on Tuesday. Calls were very professional and I liked that the receptionist was able to help with almost all of my questions. The texts were valuable in keeping me up to date on the vehicles status so that I didn't have to call. Lastly, the initial timeline for completion seemed a little long based on the quote but the vehicle was completed in the time that I expected it should be done. Overall, I was completely satisfied but I felt some constructive criticism was would be valuable.
