Communication regarding the delays was great. Repairs seem good so far. Might suggest that when a customer picks up their vehicle that someone inspect it with the owner before turning it over to them. Just a little additional professional courtesy. Otherwise, it was a successful experience. Thanks.

I was totally impressed with the very very nice vacuum job in side the car. It was very well done! It was even better, as it was in my list to do right upon pick up - was so excited to not have to do it! Better still - you guys did the entire van inside and washed the outside! Way to go!
