Having never been in this position before, I didn’t know what to expect. From the first phone call, Brent put my mind at ease. USAA had all my information logged into their system before I arrived. From the time I dropped the vehicle off and there on, I received updates from 1st Collision Center (Grand Terrace), as the process continued. Never once did I have to wonder about the status of the repair. You would never know there was any damage to my SUV and it was returned detailed. Obviously USAA vetted this company since they wouldn’t work with anyone but the best! Thank you Brent and his associates.
