Your delay in ordering parts cost me an extra 600.00. My rental car benefit was only 1500 and after that was reached, the rental was on me & I did not get the Insurance rate. I understand about the holidays. At the same time, I don't think you were closed down totally until after the first of the year. I understand it takes some lead time to receive parts after ordered. Please do not try to tell me that Geico was late getting the estimated to you. I know better than that. The bottom line is that extra 600 I had to pay for the rental is huge for a Retiree living on a fixed income.
