Mike Chavez is the best and everyone at the company is very professional and courteous. I have been taking my car repairs to Mike for years and will continue to do so in the future. I have repeatedly referred Sam's Auto to others who have damaged their cars. They have gone and had the same experience.

The repair was done on time and the car was returned washed, polished, vacuumed and windows cleaned inside and out. I really appreciate that extra attention! I've had repairs done at Sam's four times, the paint has always been matched flawlessly and been returned on on the scheduled day. Quick note: i have not yet called to discuss correcting these yet. The rear window wiper no longer works and the rear latch trim was broken on removal and then glued back into place. The piece fell off this morning preventing the rear hatch from closing.
