I was told my repair would take 5 days, and it ended up taking nearly a month. I ended up driving my truck back and forth to Montana which cost double of what it normally cost. My fog lamp was glued back together instead of being replaced. But other than those few things, the car looks good and I'm happy to have it back.

After going thru a accident the whole deal is stressful, when you go without your car that's stressful. Then you and your insurance company pay a large amount of money for repairs. Things are forgotten, I understand that, companies are busy, I also understand that. We have a garage and car that stinks like antifreeze because they had to replace it, I was told its from over spill and it heating up... Solution implement some kind of power wash of engine area after they are done doing this step. Also, I had to drive around to get horn fixed by dealer because they forgot a part on the hood. If there was a 100% check out sheet, I'm guessing this simply part would of been caught and avoided. I caught it right when I picked up car only to be told on the spot to contact My dealer to address it on my time, when it could of been taken care of much differently. I understand your a big company, that is really busy, but come on. It seems like you guys go so far with customer service only to end like this. Kinda bums you out... I'm done rambling, if some one has actually read thus far, just remember to put yourself in the customers shoes. Thanks much.
