When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed a few errors to the repair. The services took my car back and repaired the most obvious error. Upon second return, my car was brought up with out any attention to the other errors I pointed out, nor am explanation about the repair or the alignment issues I noted and brought up with several hand prints all over the repair area. So it was brought back dirty and now DENTED. The front desk just wanted me to close out my service. I do not think the repair is completed so I made it known. Another person came out noted my concerns and asked if I could bring it back another day, to have the repair assessed and because it was 5pm ( not close) they had no one to look at the car any further. For a body shop with such a reputable name and service I am rather surprised at the lack of detail to my repair, lack of concern that the repair is not correct, and lack of interest in creating a happy customer. It seemed they were mostly concerned with close out my service ticket than the lack of quality work they placed on the street. I also feel at other body shops if I said it’s not correct they would of kept it not sent me on my way and with the assumption that parts needed to “settle” and check it in 2weeks. Hood alignment isn’t going to settle into place- that is some smoke...

The Suburban and bumper repair looks great! Everyone on staff was very courteous and helpful. I was especially surprised at how clean the car was, inside and out, when I came to pick it up. Not many businesses have your company's standards these days. I will definitely spread the word on what a great business you are running!

Sam’s did a great job on my car. They kept me posted on the progress and even had the car ready a day ahead of schedule. I would recommend them to friends and family.
