The customer service was above and beyond. I was informed of the status of my vehicle when parts did not arrive. I am completely satisfied with the repair. I noticed my vehicle was washed after I left the shop. I appreciate that my vehicle was clean when I picked it up. I also appreciate the snacks and drinks that were offered at each visit. Nicer people in every way than those irritable, conceited people at Star Collision, the other place Farmers uses. Very nice people from Secretaries, owner,repair men,and receptionists. I will use them again if needed, will gladly recommend them to people I know.
