Rick's Auto Body - Missoula

My only complaints are as follows: ****. The woman who picked me up was driving 35-40mph in a residential zone and as we neared a school, I had to ask her to slow down. She rolled through stop signs and followed other vehicles far too closely. I was getting a rental from you as I had just been badly rear-ended and was suffering from a concussion and whiplash...I would have much preferred a safe driver. 2. Although I ended up with new parts on my truck, I felt like the option was not presented in the beginning when repairs were being done. I understand that different insurance companies allow for different procurement options for parts, but I would've appreciated being informed of my options in the beginning, before parts were ordered. That being said, I received friendly service and my truck looks great. I also appreciate that you warranty your repairs. Thank you.

Everyone I saw were great It was nice to go in not thinking that how I'm going to sue them for not doing what they say they would do and not doing it 5,000% sattisfied jerry

Yes, there were delays with getting my car done, but I understood that they were because you guys were putting my car back together so that it would be perfect. your communication about those delays was exceptional.
