Nate handled my claim. I was having a hard time getting my car to ****and kept changing dates, etc. Nate was so kind and did not ever seem to be frustrated with me (he probably was though). A window opened for me and I called Nate. He took my car the next morning. I needed it back in two days. He was not sure they could do that, but told me he would put a rush on it. In two days it was done and ****did a great job on it! Everything they said they would do, they did. Refreshing in today’s world. And the receptionist, Ann, is a real joy to deal with. This was my second trip to Halls body shop in 8 months. She is professional and I have never been there when she wasn’t at her desk and ready to help me. Great experience.

Collision repair looks really nice. They forgot I asked for some additional work, side step rails be added, so it took longer to get Jeep back. Fob battery was low so Nate was nice and replaced it.
