We were not given sufficient amount of time to pick up our vehicle once the repairs were completed. We received a phone call at 5:21 on a Friday and informed we had until 7pm to pick it up. Or we could pick it up between 8 and 12 on Saturday. This is not 24 hours as required by Fairs Insurance. It is very disrespectful of customers' time.
