I am happy with the repairs that were made! I paid an extra 35$ for the detail wash which looked great except I was dissapointed to see that one of my rhinestone stickers on the outside of my window was damaged. This was not a cheep car decal and it was a nightmare to remove! I have ordered another one to replace and put in the same spot! Hope my feedback was helpful!

I was not made to feel completely convinced about the questions I posed to the advisor about the repair, that should never be the case. Also my repair had tape glue remnants and one tape line that needed some small buffing to remove the small jagged edge, there should never be a need for the customer to do anything in this regard. Lastly, each time I entered the facility did not feel like anyone wanted to really assist me. A smile and sincere greeting go a long way to making and setting the tone for the way one expects to be treated.

Dave was very helpful and kept us updated, and the work was done to a high level of quality, but the work took over 4 weeks due to unavailability of an axle. Issue isn't with Dave or the collision department, it is more with Toyota and lack of parts availability. Its not like this was a 20 year old vehicle (2012 Yaris). They ended up needing to find a used axle to get the car done.

Car was not clean. You could not program my phone in the dash. The electronic speed does not register. I twisted wrenches for the same company for 36 years. If I had done this kind of work, I would not have lasted 6 months. I do not know how you stay in business. Now I am worried as to how my car is treated while at your shop.
