Please don't be overly optimistic about the completion date.
I would rather know ahead of time that it will take 3 days, than be told two several times, only to have it stretch out to three full days.
I understand that some of this is out of your control, such as receiving parts, but the exact same thing happened last time, and no parts were involved then.
So, I naturally wonder if this is SOP?
