I appreciated the email updates, especially since I live in a different town. Bryce went above and beyond normal customer service: he stayed until after closing time so I could drive in after work to pick up my vehicle, and then stayed to call Enterprise so they could pick up their rental. Hopefully a deer won’t hit my car again, but if anything else happens I won’t take my car anywhere else but this shop. Completely professional and each team member was courteous and helpful. Overall a terrific experience.
