Danica continually kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and helped me pick up my car at a time that worked for me, especially since I was coming from out of town.
The manager (can’t remember his name right now) showed up early on a Saturday morning, even though the shop isn’t open on Saturdays, so that I could pick up my car. He also let me leave my rental car there and told me he would take care of calling enterprise and getting the rental car back to them.
This is the 2nd time I’ve needed Paceline’s repair services and each time they have gone above and beyond to accommodate my crazy work schedule and living in Odessa. While I hope I don’t need to come back anytime soon, they have secured a customer for many years to come!
