I called last week to schedule a drop off. They said regardless of if I dropped off on Friday or Monday, the vehicle would be ready on Wednesday. The vehicle was not ready until Thursday and I had to call about it. Otherwise the work was satisfactory. The receptionist was courteous and professional.

This was the first time I have had to use a body repair shop for a car. I was rear ended and this was an insurance deal, so I was a bit nervous. Jamie was very reassuring and helpful, a very pleasant experience in all. She even had a smidge removed as I was picking up my car after I noticed it. I could have done that myself, but she insisted it would only be a few minutes to take care of, so I said okay. She went above and beyond to make sure I am/was happy with my overall experience. From start to finish Jamie was great at her job.
My husband and I had used Body Works at least three times before, as our business was very close. I went directly there after my accident to get an estimate.
The receptionist was also very cordial, but I didn't get her name.
I had a friend tell me about another body shop, but she is aways looking for a low **** estimate. I want my car looking new, not just fixed. Collision Works does that.
