When I left my car to be repaired my AC was blowing air. When I went to pick it up it no longer did. I was promised my car with 15 days it has now turned into 3 weeks & I'm still having to wait 7 days more days from the July 31st pick up date for them to check why my AC now.

The repair to the fender was excellent but the windshield washer reservoir that was also replaced is not working. When I picked yup my car there was no fluid in the reservoir. I filled up and then found out it was not working. I have to go back on Monday to get it fixed.

It took your certified repair specialists 3 times to do the repairs right. What I don't understand is why management is allowing this type of behaviour and bad craftsmanship practices, their job is to check and double chk the work before the client is called. It is uncalled for the client to be pointing out the deficiencies in the repairs when it's the so called managers to find them out. Very unsatisfied with the service provided in the repair shop.**** needs to get rid of the management and hire new ones that genually care for the clients intrest rather than trying to push another car out. Very bad planning from the very beginning.
