Work was done ahead of our expected schedule! We noticed that you all even cleaned the inside of the vehicle and surrounding outside areas to make it look so good that no one would even know it had been in an accident! Your repair and paint people did an outstanding job. Car accidents are unsettling, yet your Estimators service and communication skills took any additional concerns out of our mind knowing that we were in trustworthy and wonderful hands by the estimators there. I would have liked more communication on vehicle repair status, I was originally told 4 or 5 days to complete, I went on vacation and when I returned 10 days later, I called and they indicated it would take another 3 days or so, all in it was 2 weeks and supposedly due to ordering parts, but would have been nice to have known status along the way. I had a previous repair in which the communication was timely, so this was disappointing.
