My rep Tiffany was AWESOME! Her team kept me posted of my car every week. She made me feel like I was getting the special treatment. I could email her whenever I had questions and she helped me in anyway she could. I can't say enough positive things about her. I hope I never have to use Sterling Collision Center for another car accident, but if I do I would absolutely request her again. I would recommend Sterling services to my friends and family. My car looks great and my hubby can't stop looking at the great work Sterling Collision Center did! He says it looks like a new car, mind you my car is 11 years old. :)

Excellent service overall with quality and speed of repair. However, one minor area remained unfixed. The chrome trim around the right taillight had gotten loose, exposing a sharp edge. This remained unfixed.
The other shop estimated replacement of tail light. While I do not feel complete replacement is warranted, repair of the sharp edge is.
