The time it took to repair what I consider a minor damage was totally unrealistic. Your people will blame it on the time it takes to get replacement parts from your supplier. But, still something needs to be done to improve turn-around time.

Sterling's work was terrific, however, Newport Audi was not diligent in looking at components that could possibly be effected by the extent of work Sterling was tasked to do; shift controller failed 3 hours after picking up vehicle, repaired by Audi Pacific, programming of certain operational aspects of vehicle not completed; lane departure warning system non operational, mmi issues, key not reprogrammed.
The quality of Sterlings work was a bit undone by the sublet to Newport Audi and has required 4 trips to Audi Pacific to correct.

From my perspective, things run well until the client suggest something outside of "Sterlings" well coordinated, synchronized repair process...Additional work, special parts that may require crossing unfamiliar hurdles....then customer service sours....True customer service allows for customers wants and needs regardless of how it affects your "routine process".... This may have been more related to Farmers Insurance than Sterling....You did accommodate getting my windshield replaced which I appreciated, even though the quote was for the part only....not including the installation kit, installation or tax.....#%*! Overall, I would recommend you to my closest friends without reservation, you're likely one of the best shops in Orange County........Bill Niccum
